The 2017 AIA conference will be held at the University of Pisa.
The Plenary Lectures and the General Meeting, Board Election and Awards will be held in Aula Magna at Polo Carmignani (Piazza dei Cavalieri).
The Language Workshop sessions will be held at Polo Carmignani (Piazza dei Cavalieri).
The Literature Workshop sessions will be held at Palazzo Boilleau (Via Santa Maria 85).
The Cultural Studies Workshop sessions will be held in Aula Savi (Botanic Garden – Via Porta Buozzi 3) and Palazzo Boilleau.
To reach Polo Carmignani from Piazza dei Cavalieri, please walk through the gate located between Palazzo della Carovana (which houses Scuola Normale Superiore) and Palazzo dell’Orologio. Cross the parking lot and walk past the yellow building which houses the University “DSU” office. You will find the red brick building to your right.
Palazzo Boilleau is on Via S. Maria 85, approximately 300 mt from Polo Carmignani. From Piazza dei Cavalieri, walk through Piazza Corsica, continue on Via dei Mille and you will find it right in front of you at the end of the street.
Aula Savi is located on Via Porta Buozzi, just on the rear side of Palazzo Boilleau. To reach it, walk along the side of Palazzo Boilleau until you reach the Botanic Garden. Turn right and you will find the access to the conference room on your left.
Refreshments during coffee breaks will be offered in the main hall of Polo Carmignani and on the first floor at Palazzo Boilleau.
Lunch will be served in the garden of Palazzo Venera (the gate is on Via Santa Maria, right after n. 46).
