Registration

Early arrival registration will be possible on September 13 from 6 pm at Grand Hotel Duomo.

On September 14, the registration desk will be located on the ground floor of Polo Carmignani and will open 8:30 am. 

Conference Fees

The conference fee includes a welcome kit, two lunches, coffee breaks and programme.

In the case of presentations with multiple authors each of them should register and pay the conference fee.

Please note: Registration fees cannot be refunded.

Please download the registration-form (pdf – click here for the MsWord format), fill it in and save it as PDF. Send the file, by e-mail, to the attention of  Dr. Elisa Mattiello, e-mail elisa.mattiello@unipi.it, together with a copy of your payment.

If you want to participate in the social dinner, please make sure the payment issued includes both the registration fees and the cost of the dinner (40 euros).

Please note:  In case you are unable to attend, we will not be able to refund the registration fees and/or dinner cost.
